In collaboration with RedCoach, we conducted a data collection and analysis process from multiple sources to gain accurate insights into user behavior patterns. This enabled us to implement improvements to both the website design and the online ticket purchasing platform.
Starting point
When RedCoach first reached out to us, they already had general data on visits and sales, but they were looking for more detailed insights into how users interacted with the platform, audience-specific data, and a deeper understanding of their marketing campaigns and return on investment (ROI).
Strategy
Following a thorough audit and in-depth analysis of RedCoach’s website, we implemented a multi-source data tracking strategy and developed a custom data layer structure to more precisely monitor user behavior.
Based on the collected data, we designed several optimization strategies and UX improvements to enhance the customer experience. After producing reports and applying the changes, we continued to monitor user behavior daily to fuel ongoing improvements and more effective sales strategies.
Metrics
With an advanced setup of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Matomo, we were able to achieve more accurate measurement of marketing campaign performance. Additionally, we created custom audiences to improve these campaigns as we gathered richer, more detailed user data.

Through UX/CX analysis, we were able to understand user behavior and preferences when purchasing their tickets. This allows for more effective marketing campaigns focused on the most popular destinations.

With properly configured tools, it’s possible to track each step of the user’s journey before a purchase or identify the actions leading up to cart abandonment. These insights allow us to implement retention strategies to reduce drop-offs.

Results
A more optimized website and friendlier customer service, leading to higher retention rates, an improved user experience, and ultimately, better sales performance. The frontend was modernized to enhance usability for both RedCoach customers and their internal team.
