Ideatón Salud is an event that brings together professionals and entrepreneurs from the healthcare sector, with the goal of developing innovative solutions to improve medical care and public health.
Starting point
The organizers of Ideatón approached us with the need to position the competition on a national level in order to attract more participants and innovative project submissions.
Strategy
We developed a brand awareness and outreach strategy using both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) efforts, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Social Ads.
The first edition of Ideatón Salud took place in 2021, with a focus on brand positioning, awareness, and website design.
In 2022 and 2023, Broobe led the event’s comprehensive strategy, covering positioning, marketing, and web development. We also headed the audiovisual production, creating and editing communication pieces for same-day presentation, managing live streams, and recording the event.
Website
We created an informative and regulatory platform that centralized all event-related information, making it easier for participants to register and stay informed.
Content
We designed, recorded, and edited content that reflects the goals of Ideatón — from articles and newsletters to videos and live coverage of the award ceremony. This content was effectively shared across social media, highlighting healthcare innovation and encouraging participation.
SEO / SEM
We launched advertising campaigns that significantly increased the event’s visibility, reaching professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector.
Event
We coordinated and managed the award ceremony, ensuring it reflected the significance and success of Ideatón, while highlighting the winners and their innovative proposals.
Metrics
During the latest edition of Ideatón Salud, held in 2023, a total of:
112 projects were submitted, coming from 15 different provinces.
Numbers that reflect the growth of the event and its popularity, compared to the 58 projects presented in 2021 and the 32 projects in 2022.

Results
We developed the platform where over 200 innovative projects were submitted.
We produced and showcased audiovisual pieces announcing the winners and distinguished professionals in each area.
The latest edition reached a record number of participants and strengthened brand recognition for both the event and its organizing entities.
Strong media presence with over 20 press articles covering the event and its selected projects.
More than 29 K visits to the website, with a 38% engagement rate.
