Along with RedCoach, we carried out a process of collecting and analyzing data from various sources to obtain accurate information on user usage patterns. This allowed us to implement improvements in the design of the website and the online ticket purchasing platform.
Starting point
When reaching out to us, RedCoach had data on general visits and sales, but they were seeking more detailed insights into how users interact with the platform, specific audience data, and details on their marketing campaign investments along with their performance (ROI).
Strategy
After auditing and conducting a thorough analysis of the RedCoach site, we implemented a data measurement strategy across various sources and designed a data layer structure to better track user behavior data.
Based on this data collection, we were able to think of different optimization and UX design strategies to improve the customer experience. Once the reports were done and the changes were implemented, we continued to analyze daily user behavior on the website to drive new and better sales strategies.
Metrics
Through the advanced set up of Google tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Matomo, we were able to implement a more accurate measurement of results in marketing campaigns. We can also generate personalized audiences to improve these marketing campaigns as we get more and better information from users.

Through UX/CX analysis, we can observe user behavior and preferences when purchasing tickets. This allows us to create more effective marketing campaigns focused on the most popular destinations.

With well configured tools we can observe the step by step of users before making their purchases or see the previous movements before abandoning their carts. Thanks to these measurements, retention strategies can be implemented to avoid abandonment.

Results
A more optimized website and friendlier customer service, with better retention rates, a superior user experience and, consequently, better sales results. Modernization of the frontend for improved usability for both customers and the RedCoach team.
