Ideatón Salud is an event that gathers healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs to collaborate on developing innovative solutions that improve medical care and promote public health.
Starting point
Ideatón’s organizers expressed the need to position this contest at a national level in order to obtain a greater number of contestants and innovative projects.
Strategy
We propose a strategy of brand recognition and diffusion, both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM), using tools such as Google analytics and Social Ads.
The first edition of Ideatón Salud was held in 2021, where the focus was on brand positioning and recognition, in addition to website design.
In 2022 and 2023, we worked on the integral strategy of the event, including positioning, marketing and web development. We also lead the audiovisual production, with communication pieces designed and edited for presentation on the same day, live broadcasts and recording of the event.
Website
We created an information and normative web platform that gathered all the information of the event, making registration and communication easier for the participants.
Content
We designed, recorded and edited content that reflected the objectives of Ideatón Salud, from articles and newsletters to videos and live coverage of the awards ceremony. These contents were effectively disseminated through social networks, highlighting innovation in health and motivating participation.
SEO / SEM
We launched advertising campaigns that significantly increased the visibility of the event, reaching professionals, innovators and entrepreneurs in the health sector.
Event
We coordinated and managed the awards event, ensuring that the ceremony reflected the importance and success of the Ideathon, highlighting the winners and their innovative proposals.
Metrics
The 2023 edition of Ideatón Salud included the following:
112 projects prepared from 15 different provinces
Numbers that reflect the growth of the event and its popularity, compared to the 58 projects presented in 2021 and the 32 projects in 2022.

Results
We developed the system in which more than 200 innovative projects were registered.
We carried out the preparation and exhibition of audiovisual pieces where the winners and distinguished professionals in each area were announced.
Record attendance at the last edition and brand recognition for the event and its organizers
Strong presence in the media with more than 20 press releases related to the event and its selected projects.
More than 29K visits to the website with an interaction rate of 38%.
